Using the two sub-dividers supplied with this pan, it is easy to divide the 12" square into the sizes and shapes that you want in 1" steps, with room for up to 4 cakes at a time. This is a very efficient way for achieving cakes of the specific size and shape that you need without having to keep a large stock of square and rectangular pans.
The pan should be greased with melted butter before baking and then, after the cooked cake is removed, handwashed.
