Product Description

This gift set is really for the slightly more accomplished bread maker who is ready and able to shape loaves and prove them in a banneton. There is some olive oil and some seeds to start playing with adding extra flavours into your loaves, making them both delicious and healthy. The flour shaker is useful for dusting the top of your loaves and the ceramic measuring spoons have been added help ensure measuring accuracy. In addition to a host of equipment and ingredients such as a dough whisk, lame for slashing dough, some excellent Greek olive oil from a small-scale co-operative and some organic dried yeast, we’ve also included some organic PandiSempre flour simply because it delivers an exquisite, sophisticated, artisan loaf through the careful blending of these wonderful Italian grains. This kit makes a fantastic treat for anyone already baking bread and looking to improve.
