Organic brown flour (Setaccio, literally "sifted") is stone ground from soft wheat blend mixed to obtain a flour suitable for the preparation of bread, pizza, cookies, shortbread, fresh and dried pasta, sweets and many other uses. Marino Marino flours have no added gluten and other improvers.
