The Ankarsrum Grain Mill Attachment fits the Ankarsrum Assistent Original and lets you grind dry ingredients freshly as you need them. Use it for grains, coffee beans, seeds and dried herbs, with adjustable coarseness to suit bread making, cooking and drinks.
The grind can be adjusted from coarse to fine, with an approximate range of 0.25-0.45mm. Turn the control knob counter-clockwise for a coarser grind and clockwise for a finer grind, so you can adapt the texture to the ingredient and recipe.
The hopper holds up to 1.25kg of unground dry ingredients, making it practical for milling a useful quantity in one go. The grain mill is designed for dry ingredients only and should not be used for wet or oily ingredients unless specifically recommended by Ankarsrum.
