This non-stick baguette baking tray is designed to hold four baguettes of between 300g and 400g each, coated in organic silicone. The tray will fit a standard domestic oven and measures 38.5 x 32.5cm (15x12.5").
The tray comes complete with our baguette recipe card which tells you how to get the most from the tray.
When using the tray, lightly oil with a vegetable oil and wash by hand.
