Lizzie started baking as a young child with her mum. When she was 18, she went the University of West London and completed a degree in Culinary Arts Management earning herself a 1st Class Honours. After living in London for 3 years Lizzie decided to move back to her country roots and started working as a pastry chef before moving onto Brazier Coffee Roasters in 2020 as Head Baker.

She also runs a celebration cake business from home: Lizzie’s Little Cake Company, specialising in cake boxes, all occasion cakes and wedding cakes.
