Dough and bench scrapers
A bench scraper is one of the most useful tools in bread baking. Use it to lift sticky dough, divide dough cleanly, scrape flour from the work surface and move shaped pieces without tearing them. Metal scrapers are useful for firm doughs and worktop cleaning, while flexible plastic scrapers are excellent for bowls and wetter doughs.
Bowl scrapers and flexible scrapers
Flexible bowl scrapers are ideal for mixing, folding and turning dough out of a bowl with less waste. They are especially useful for sourdough, ciabatta, focaccia and other high-hydration doughs where a rigid tool can drag or tear the dough.
