Fine roasted coffee is both a luxuriant drink to sip while your loaves bake and a magical ingredient for your cakes. We stock some of the finest coffee available - and roasted just around the corner from us in Wellington, Somerset at Brazier Coffee Roaster. If we're lucky we get to smell the coffee being roasted on the way to and from work or while going to see our photographer, Neil White who has a studio in the same amazing building complex that was once part of the enormous textile mill, Fox Brothers. The coffee at Brazier's is particularly good - our favourite being the Altitude, their in-house blend.
