The selected yeast strain (Saccharomyces Cerevisiae) and lactic acid bacteria cultures are bred in a wholly organic and vegan nutrient solution made from organic grain, pure spring water and enzymes, guaranteed gluten-free. All microorganisms and raw materials are guaranteed non-GMO. The fermentation process uses no chemical additives and organic sunflower oil is used as an antifoaming agent. Since all plant equipment is steam-cleaned, disinfectants are unnecessary in the manufacturing process, even the wastewater from full plant cleaning is free from contamination. This yeast is also described by the manufacturers as Allergen-Free - see the datasheet for details.
Application: Add yeast to flour (or dissolve directly into liquid) and use as per any typical yeast recipe. This yeast may be used in any bread baking: not only gluten-free.
Storage: Once opened place the pack of yeast into an air tight bag or container in the fridge, it will last for months if stored in this way.
