This long-handled black iron and oak peel for sliding bread dough and pizzas into and out from  your oven, has a blade 12" / 30cm wide and overall length 105cm. Attractive and highly functional, this peel should last a lifetime.

The peel blades are pre-seasoned with Sussex flax oil for a completely natural finish (no chemical coatings) and attached to a beautifully finished oak handle.

Made with 99.1% pure iron, they are highly durable and suitable for high temperatures, resisting warping and buckling.
