Brazier Coffee Roasters

Drinking speciality coffee in Claire’s native Australia was the catalyst that inspired Tom and Claire Brazier to set up a coffee roastery in their shed on returning home to Somerset. Fast-forward seven years and the couple now supply beans to cafés, restaurants and home brewers across the UK. They’ve scaled up too, moving to larger premises in the historic Fox’s Tonedale Mill site in Wellington (just down the road from BakeryBits!). Customers can stop by and see the roasting in action, as well as pick up a bag of beans to take home. There’s also a café on-site where customers can sample the latest blends and tuck into banging brunch dishes and bakes made in-house. Making a positive environmental impact is important too, so much so they’ve recently gained organic and Rainforest Alliance certifications.
