David Lloyd is a traditional craftsman based in the Blackdown Hills in East Devon, only a few miles up the hill from BakeryBits in Wellington. Highly experienced in making bespoke furniture from English hardwoods including beautiful kitchens, oak tables and cupboards, David is also a keen bread-baker having built part of his own kitchen specifically for kneading his bread and has made a cabinet with huge drawers for storing his flour. Who better to make the best English Oak bread-boards than David? Each is made by David using very stable quarter-sawn oak, by hand each with his maker's logo plate attached and finished with finishing oil and in a presentation box.
