Molino Bongermino Italian Flour Range
Molino Bongermino is a family-run flour mill set in the Puglia region of Italy. Since starting in 2012, the Bongermino family has developed a wide range of flours with a close interest in the quality of everything from the sustainability of the (paper) packaging, organic certification for some of the range to block-chain traceability of the Italian grain that is used.
