Spend a lovely relaxed day learning how to bake fantastic breads from cultures around the world. No experience is necessary and, with only 7 or 8 people in a class, there is plenty of time for discussion, questions, one to one attention and getting to know your fellow bakers. Rachael won Best Cookery School in the Food Awards Wales in 2018 and has recently built a new cookery school in the centre of Abergavenny.
