Dan Lepard’s Mill Loaf Kit

The ingredients needed to make Dan Lepard's Mill loaf from The Handmade Loaf. The recipe is reproduced with kind permission and we have a special kit here comprising the ingredients that are needed using Prior's flour from Foster's Mill, an English Windmill in Cambridgeshire.

In the kit you will find three bags of Prior's Mill flour, the white and rye flour along with the scraper are included FREE! In addition is a copy of The Handmade Loaf, a pot of fresh sourdough starter and a bottle of the excellent Cotswold Gold rapeseed oil.
