This combined clock, countdown timer and thermometer displays both the actual and alarm temperature over the range 0-300°C and, simultaneously, the countdown or actual time.

It operates in the range 0-300°C and simultaneously shows both the temperature and time/timer. The thermometer includes an audible target-high-temperature alarm, set using the keypad. The probe is 150mm / 6" long with a narrow tip for easy insertion into the bake. It is attached to a 2 metre, high-temp braided lead that allows for the probe to be left in the product during baking, while the thermometer can sit outside.
The thermometer folds so it can sit on a worktop and also has magnetic pads to make it easy to attach to a ferrous surface.
