The ETI DOT Digital Oven Thermometer is a simple leave-in probe thermometer with an audible alarm. Set the target temperature, insert the probe into your bake or food, and the DOT will beep and flash when the temperature is reached.
For bakers, it is especially useful for checking when bread, enriched doughs and cakes are cooked through without repeatedly opening the oven door. The stainless steel braided probe lead allows the probe to stay in the bake while the display sits outside the oven, so you can monitor progress while the oven door remains closed.
The DOT has a large backlit LCD display, a loud 70dB alarm and a durable water-resistant case. It can stand on the worktop using the fold-out stand or attach to a suitable metal surface using the magnetic pads on the back.
Please note that the thermometer body must stay outside the oven. Only the probe and braided lead are designed to be used in the oven.
