Dough Box with Optional Lid, Deep - 21 litre

A deep 21 litre, rigid plastic container with optional drop-on lid (not airtight) made for food use, BPA-free and designed for the storage of dough proofing in a domestic fridge, in two sizes. This box is ideal for slow proofing of bread dough and excellent for proofing of pizza dough. The boxes stack wither with or without a lid and are smooth inside and so very easy to clean.
