Bean-shaped scraper, ideal for scraping dough and cake mixture from hard-to-reach bowl-bottoms. It is stiff with some flex to bed to the shape of the bowl you are scraping.

This dishwashable dough scraper or spatula (143x90mm) is made from stiff, blue plastic and is bean-shaped so perfect for getting every scrap of dough from bowls. Simple but invaluable when developing a wet dough making it easier to handle.

This one is in blue for catering environments for detection purposes.
