How DPD Pickup works

  1. At checkout select DPD Pickup, then choose your preferred Pickup Point. Opening hours are shown during selection.
  2. When your parcel arrives you’ll get an email from DPD confirming it’s ready to collect.
  3. Bring the DPD Pickup Pass from that email to the shop and collect. Your parcel is held securely for up to 7 days.

Why choose Pickup?

  1. Flexible - collect at a time that suits you. Many locations open early and late.
  2. Usually costs less - Pickup is typically cheaper than home delivery.
  3. Secure - parcels are stored safely until you arrive.
  4. Better for the planet - consolidated deliveries to one shop cut road miles and can reduce CO₂ by around 85% compared to door-to-door.
  5. Good to know: If a parcel isn’t collected within 7 days it is returned to us the next day so we can arrange a refund or resend.
