Gilchesters Organics Rye Grain, 3kg

Gilchesters Organic has been pioneering heritage wheat and spelt since launch in 2007. Carefully sourced from a small organic farm in Lincolnshire with the same strong growing values, this rye grain in a 3kg bag has a tremendous full flavour for typical Scandinavian and eastern European breads, like pumpernickel.

Gilchester grain goes through a rigorous cleaning process, however we cannot guarantee that there will not be tiny traces of other seeds which are natural in the organic farming process.
