Stoneground Unbleached White Flour, 1.5kg
A classic strong white flour, suitable for bread making and all home baking, this flour loves sourdough or overnight bread sponges (long fermentation), rises well and produces a classic rustic colour, excellent for the French pays breads.
100% Wholemeal Stoneground Flour, 1.5kg
Containing the whole grain, it’s carefully milled on the farm quite finely to achieve a flour that gives a balance of a good rises while keeping some boldness in its texture. This produces a remarkably light crumb with tremendous flavour. Gilchester Organics 100% Wholemeal is generally a bit thirstier than your roller-milled flour so ensure to give it a little bit more liquid.
Gilchesters Organic Pizza and Ciabatta Flour, 1.5kg
This blend of our classic white and semolina flour was created for a creamy-coloured elastic dough for authentic Italian breads like ciabattas and pizzas. The special milling guarantees a great stretch to the dough and a good crust once baked.
