This heavy-duty 18L green food-grade tub is designed for storing flour, seeds and other dry bakery ingredients, and can also be used for dough or proofing where a robust, stackable container is useful. Made from food-grade plastic with a smooth, easy-clean interior, it is well suited to everyday use in both home and professional bakeries.
All tubs in this range share the same diameter, making them easy to stack together as part of a practical bakery storage system. They can be stacked with or without lids, although if tubs are stacked without a lid on the lower tub, the underside of the upper tub will be exposed to the contents below. Please note: lids are not included. Matching lids are available separately and are a simple drop-on design, intended to help keep contents covered and reduce dust or debris getting in, but they do not form an airtight seal.

How much flour will the tubs hold?
Approximate capacities based on white flour are: 18L ≈ 7kg, 30L ≈ 13kg, 50L ≈ 21kg, 73L ≈ 31kg. Denser flours may weigh more for the same volume.
What are the tub weights and diameter?
All tubs in the range share the same 42.5 cm (16.5") diameter. Approximate empty weights are: 18L = 1.75kg, 30L = 2.5kg, 50L = 3.2kg, 73L = 3.7kg.
Are the tubs food safe?
