LittlePod Alcohol-Free Vanilla Paste offers a convenient way to use real vanilla flavour in baking and cooking without alcohol. Made from a blend of vanilla pods, seeds and extracts, it gives a rounded vanilla flavour in an easy-to-use tube that is simple to measure and mix into recipes.
Each tube is equivalent to around 20 vanilla pods, giving a concentration designed to help reduce flavour bake-off in baking. It is suitable for cakes, biscuits, custards, desserts, pancakes, porridge and other everyday recipes, and can also be used in savoury dishes and marinades where a touch of vanilla works well.
For recipes, use approximately 1 tsp vanilla paste = 1 vanilla pod, and 1/3 tsp vanilla paste = 1 tsp vanilla extract.
