Long-Handled Bread or Pizza Peel for Bread Ovens, 12" blade

This is a quality long-handled peel, perfect for sliding bread or pizza in and out of a hot bread oven quickly reducing heat loss, allowing the door or "stop gap"  of the bread oven door to be closed.

This peel has a very thin, aluminium blade for long-life, and a very long, wooden handle. The blade is 12" (30cm) square; the overall length including the handle is 98cm, ideal for use with a bread oven.

With a dusting of flour or semolina before sliding dough into the oven, this is an invaluable tool for the breadmaker.
