Seaweed Salt from Cornish Sea Salt has a high glutamate content, giving a natural umami flavour. This comes from the blend of 25% sugar kelp seaweed and 75% sea salt. Seaweed Salt delivers a mineral, zesty savoury richness straight from the depths of the sea, seeped in essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements.
Try it sprinkled over oiled mackerel or aubergine before grilling on a barbecue.
Supplied in a 60g re-sealable tub.
Ingredients: sea salt and sugar kelp.
