Milled by Merchants Mill based at the Woolwich Arsenal in the heart of London, the organic sourdough mix is designed to produce a blend ideal for sourdough. Containing stoneground wholemeal rye, stoneground wholemeal spelt and stoneground wholemeal wheat flour along with some French T65 the blend gives flavour, texture and lift.
