Molino Bongermino durum wheat semolina has been roller-milled to obtain fine even-sized deep yellow particles making it ideal for pasta (simply use a 2:1 ratio of semolina flour: water and a pinch of salt). Technically it's a semola rather than semolina as it's very fine.
