Organic EnkirĀ® einkorn pennette made in Italy by Mulino Marino, using Triticum monococcum, one of the oldest cultivated wheats. Bronze-die extruded and slow dried for excellent sauce grip, a firm bite and a naturally nutty flavour.
Made with just einkorn flour and water and shaped using traditional methods, this pasta cooks evenly and holds its structure well, making it ideal for lighter sauces, vegetables and olive oil based dishes.
