Organic Enkir® einkorn sedanini made in Italy by Mulino Marino, using Triticum monococcum, one of the oldest cultivated wheats. Bronze-die extruded and slow dried for a firm bite, excellent sauce grip and a naturally nutty flavour.
The short, ridged sedanini shape works particularly well with vegetable sauces, light ragùs and olive oil based dishes, holding sauce inside and along the grooves without becoming heavy.
