A versatile, stone-ground organic soft wheat flour, milled by Mulino Marino in Italy from a carefully selected blend of Italian wheat varieties. Sold under the Italian name Pasticceria, this pastry flour is milled gently to preserve the live wheat germ for fuller flavour and natural nutrition.

With a W strength of around 250 and a balanced P/L of 0.50, Mulino Marino Organic Pastry (Pasticceria) Flour is ideal for fine pastry work including biscuits, shortcrust pastry, sponge cakes and breadsticks, while also making excellent light breads. It contains no added gluten or additives and is never treated with heat or chemicals – just pure, traditionally milled grain.

Available in 1kg, 5kg, 10kg and 25kg paper bags. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and light.

Ingredients: Soft wheat, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin.
