Mulino Marino’s Organic Durum Wheat Grain is grown and sorted in Italy using certified organic farming methods. Carefully selected and completely untreated – no added gluten, no heat or chemical processing – this grain is ideal for those who prefer to work from the raw ingredient. Use it in salads, soups, sweet bakes, or mill it yourself for fresh, golden semolina.

Naturally high in protein (11%) and fibre, this durum wheat has a clean, characteristic aroma and flavour. It’s supplied as whole and dehulled grain, ideal for traditional baking or artisan pasta making.

Certified organic (IT BIO 014), free from pesticides and GMOs, and tested for contaminants to tight limits. Grown and milled in small batches by the Marino family in Cossano Belbo, Italy.
