Mulino Marino’s Organic Einkorn Grain is a heritage wheat, carefully grown and sorted in Italy using certified organic methods. Known as Enkir in Italian, einkorn is one of the world’s oldest cultivated grains, valued for its distinctive, nutty flavour and impressive nutritional profile. Protein 11%.

Supplied as whole, dehulled grain, this einkorn is completely untreated – no added gluten, no heat or chemical processing. Ideal for making nutritious soups, salads, sweet bakes, or milling into a flour rich in protein, fibre and character.

Certified organic (IT BIO 014), with low contaminant levels and full traceability. Grown and milled in small batches by the Marino family in Cossano Belbo, Piedmont.
