Mulino Marino Organic Rye Grain, 25kg

Mulino Marino’s Organic Rye Grain is a traditional heritage grain, grown and sorted in Italy using certified organic methods. Supplied as whole, dehulled grain, it’s ideal for artisan breadmaking, milling into fresh rye flour, or cooking whole in savoury dishes and grain salads.

This rye is completely untreated – no added gluten, no heat or chemical processing – allowing the grain’s clean flavour and natural nutritional qualities to shine through. With a protein content of approximately 11.5%, it offers excellent baking performance with a distinctive aroma and rich texture.

Certified organic (IT BIO 014), tested for contaminants, and supplied in a 25kg sack, this grain is milled in small batches by the Marino family in Cossano Belbo.
