Mulino Marino Organic Soft Wheat Grain, 25kg

Mulino Marino’s Organic Soft Wheat Grain is grown and sorted in Italy using certified organic methods. Supplied as whole, dehulled grain, it’s ideal for artisan baking, sweet pastry, milling into soft flour or cooking whole in soups and salads. This is the grain used to make the amazing Mulino Marino Type 00 Soffiata for your bread baking.

Untreated and free from additives, this grain contains no added gluten and hasn’t been heat-processed or chemically altered. With a protein content of approximately 11%, it’s a versatile base for soft-textured bakes and fresh flour.

Certified organic (IT BIO 014), tested for contaminants, and milled in small batches by the Marino family in Cossano Belbo. Supplied in a 25kg sack.
