Mulino Marino Organic Spelt Grain, 25kg

Mulino Marino’s Organic Spelt Grain (Triticum spelta) is a heritage wheat grown and sorted in Italy using certified organic methods. Supplied as whole, dehulled grain, it’s ideal for artisan breadmaking, milling into spelt flour, or cooking whole in savoury dishes and salads.

Naturally high in fibre and with a protein content of approximately 11%, spelt has a slightly sweet, nutty flavour and is prized for its digestibility and characterful crumb.

Free from added gluten or treatment, and tested for contaminants to stringent standards. Milled in small batches by the Marino family in Cossano Belbo. Supplied in a 25kg sack.
