Italian mountain flour - hearty, aromatic and deeply rustic. Stone-ground by Mulino Marino in northern Italy from organic maize and buckwheat, Taragna is the traditional base for polenta taragna and alpine baking.
Best for polenta, dense loaves, flatbreads, biscuits and savoury batters.
