Netherton Foundry Handmade Black-Iron Dough Cutter

A handmade dough cutter from Netherton Foundry with their signature black iron used for the blade and chestnut handle. An excellent dough cutter for the discerning baker.

The overall measurements of the cutter are 16cm by 13.5cm. The chestnut handle is 11.5cm wide. The blade is 16cm wide and has a 14cm scale along the long edge.

Care: The cutter be wiped clean or washed by hand and immediately dried. The handle can be re-oiled from time-to-time to keep it pristine using Danish Oil or equivalent.
