Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders placed by 15:00 Mon - Fri are usually dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed after 15:00 or on weekends/UK bank holidays dispatch the next working day.
Click & Collect
If you use Click & Collect, please wait for your “Ready to Collect” email before travelling.

Bank Holidays & Peak Periods
- We’re closed on UK bank holidays.
- During peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), dispatch may take a little longer. We’ll post any changes here.
