Organic brown spelt flour from Rolle Mühle in southern Germany, labelled on the sack as Bio Dinkelmehl 1050. A richer, mid-extraction spelt flour with deeper flavour and texture than white spelt.
The 25 kg sack is ideal for bakeries, artisan projects and high-volume spelt baking where expressive flavour and versatile performance are desired.
