Organic Cayenne Pepper Grey Sea Salt, 250g

Cayenne pepper spiced grey sea salt is made in Île de Ré in France by Esprit du Sel, is harvested at the start of each day during the summer from the bottom of their clay-lined salt marshes. The clay lining unique to the Island of Ré, is rich in natural mineral nutrients. Their traditional method of cultivation and harvesting infuses the salt with the clay giving it a light grey colour and an abundance of calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc and silica and hybride - a unique antioxidant, and traces of natural iodine. This makes the best tasting grey sea salt with the highest health benefits available.

This salt is made to be consumed in the same way that it is harvested: natural and unrefined. The salts are not processed, washed or bleached, preserving all the natural & authentic flavours and benefits of each crystal.
