Organic wholemeal spelt flour from Rolle Mühle in southern Germany, labelled as Bio Dinkelvollkornmehl. Made from the whole spelt grain for rich flavour and texture.
The 10kg pack is ideal for regular wholegrain baking, hearty breads and multigrain loaves where expressively nutty, wholesome spelt character is desired.
