Organic wholemeal spelt flour from Rolle Mühle in southern Germany, labelled on the sack as Bio Dinkelvollkornmehl. A wholesome flour milled from the entire spelt grain for rich, nutty flavour.
The 25kg sack is well suited to bakeries, high-volume wholegrain baking and frequent use where robust texture and expressive spelt character are desired.
