Organic whole yellow wheat grain from Rolle Mühle in southern Germany, labelled on the bag as Bio Gelbweizen Ganz. The kernels have a naturally warm, golden colour due to their carotenoid-rich wheat variety.
Supplied in a 25kg sack, this grain is ideal for regular home millers, bakeries and anyone milling their own flour at scale. Yellow wheat brings a subtly sweet, nutty flavour and a distinctive colour to freshly milled flour, breads and multigrain doughs.
