Organic Type 00 Soffiata Strong White Flour 25kg SACK

Mulino Marino Type 00 Soffiata flour (Soffiata translates as light/fluffy) is milled from selected organic wheat, perfect for many recipes including ciabatta, baguettes, brioches, croissants and is perfect for general bread recipes and of course, pasta. Type 00 is a close equivalent to the French T55 flour and may also be used in place of T45.

Format: 25kg sack.

Uses: bread, round and Roman style pizza, fresh and dried pasta, desserts and all products requiring medium-long fermentation.

Ingredients: Soft wheat, calcium, iron, niacin, thiamin. Why is this Italian now now fortified?
