Redbournbury Organic Malted Wholegrain Flour is a premium, stoneground flour milled at the historic Redbournbury Watermill, a Grade II* listed building with origins dating back to the early 11th century.

This unique blend consists of 85% wholemeal wheat flour and organic malted wheat flakes, resulting in a sweet, nutty flavour with delightful chewiness. The traditional water-powered stone milling process preserves the natural nutrients of the grain, making it ideal for baking wholesome breads and rolls.
