This is for the try-before-you-buy trial of the small Japan Kneader Dough Sheeter, RS101 with its heavy-duty rolling board. Give it a try for 2 weeks for £60+VAT (and £300 returnable deposit - see below). If you like it enough to buy one, let us know within 30 days of returning it and you'll get your rental fee knocked off the purchase price.

Before renting, please note:

  • Rental period is 14 days from when you receive the machine. Late returns may incur £20+VAT/day.

  • A £300 refundable deposit is taken and returned after inspection

  • The machine must be returned clean and undamaged; otherwise a cleaning or repair fee may be deducted.

  • Return shipping is included: contact us at the end of the rental term to arrange DPD collection.

  • The rental includes the machine, two product boxes and a robust transport box. All must be kept in good condition and the machine repacked neatly in the robust transport box for safe return

  • Rental is available to Great Britain only.

Rental FAQs

How long is the rental period?
The standard rental period is 14 days from when you receive the machine. Late returns are charged at £20 + VAT per day unless agreed otherwise.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a refundable deposit of £300 is required. The deposit is returned in full if the machine and packaging are clean, undamaged, and complete.
Who pays for shipping?
The rental fee includes return shipping only. You must use the provided packaging and pre-paid return label.
What if it’s dirty or damaged?
A £50 + VAT cleaning fee will be deducted if the machine is not clean. Any necessary repairs or replacement costs will also be deducted from the deposit.
Can I get the rental fee credited?
Yes – if you purchase a new dough sheeter from BakeryBits within 30 days of returning your rental, the £60 + VAT rental fee will be credited against your purchase.
What condition must the packaging be in?
The rental includes the machine, two product boxes, and a robust transport box. All must be kept in good condition and the machine must be repacked neatly in the robust transport box for safe return.
Who is responsible during the rental?
You are responsible for the machine and packaging from the moment you receive it until it is collected by BakeryBits. Any loss or damage may result in deductions from the deposit.
