Learn how to bake wonderful artisan breads from around the world. Rachael Watson is a home taught baker and a GP with a passion for life, laughter and beautiful bread.

In her one day classes in Orchard House at the base of the Sugarloaf Mountain you will discuss the history and science of bread over a cup of coffee. Then roll up your sleeves to practice the skills of mixing, kneading and shaping several different doughs and experience the magic that transforms just a few basic ingredients into truly great home baked bread.
