Job Description: Assisting with all aspects of sourdough and yeasted bread production from weighing out to shaping and baking. Usually 40 hour week including weekends, starting between 5-7am. Shared responsibility with other bakers for stock control, cleaning and customer service.
Expected Hours: Full time - 40 hour week

Passionate about bread and baking
Baking experience, preferably in sourdough preferred though training given.
Good knowledge of health and safety procedures
