Job Description: Head baker, full time position with early starts. Producing artisan bread and some pastry. Will be responsible for product development, managing the team and production schedule. We are ideally looking for someone with drive to become a partner within the bakery side of our business. Real opportunity for someone skilled to take ownership and reap the rewards. Starts as early as 4am so an understanding of the hours of work and what craft production entails. The right candidate with the right attitude will have the opportunity for a very generous bonus scheme and shares.

Contract: Permanent

Expected Hours: 40

Personal Qualities: Trustworthy, hard worker, looking for opportunity, energy.

Must have experience with artisan bread production and sourdough, shaping skills, food hygiene.
